The Cowboys made the long journey to Baseghor Linwood for a two day tournament. This tournament is known for being one of the harder tournaments and will get the wrestlers prepared for state. The team placed 4th overall with several kids individually placing. Kaleb Stroda took 6th in 106, Will Stroda placed 5th in 120, Austin wuthnow placed 8th in 145, Dakota Laun placed 5th in 160, Dakota Whitley placed 2nd, Colby Mohr placed 7th in 182, Dawson Wuthnow placed 5th in 220, the rest of the wrestlers did not place. This team has a lot of talent and a lot of experienced leaders teaching the younger guys. “hopefully w qualify a bunch of kids, everyone could make it if we wrestle good” Gus Haug says about his squad, this team will travel to Beloit Friday January 18th for another out of conference varsity dual.
